• Inked Graphic Tees sells custom-designed apparel, including T-shirts and related items.
• All products are printed on demand and fulfilled through our print provider (Printify).
• Because items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.
• We make every effort to accurately display product colors and designs; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

4. Shipping (United States Only)

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has shipped, Inked Graphic Tees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

5. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS POLICY

6. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We offer replacement items only — no refunds — if your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Email support@inkedgraphictees.com
• Include clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, images, logos, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Inked Graphic Tees.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct
